Each region in Vietnam has its own specialties with unique characteristics and distinctive flavor, for example, Pho in Hanoi, Cao Lau in Hoi An (Hoi An style – noodle with pork and greens), Com Hen (Hue mussel rice) or broken rice in Saigon. Vietnam cuisine is influenced by the Asia principle of five elements including five basic taste senses: sour, bitter, salty, spicy and sweet. The tastes vary from region to region. In the Northern Vietnam, food is less spicy than those in other regions while the abundance of spices used by central Vietnam. However, with the warmer weather, Southern Vietnam adds more sugar to food than in the others.
Joining this tour will give you the best chance to taste many great food from North to South Vietnam, to see the differences in culinary skills of each region. Moreover, you will take part in cooking classes to make food by your-self.
Arrival to Hanoi, the unique city Tree-line Boulevard, French colonial architectures, peaceful lakes and oriental temples Hanoi.
On arrival you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to Hanoi hotel for check in.
From 9a.m to 13p.m you will have Cooking class as follwing detail: A ciclo tour to the market with a chef for choosing a fresh food. It’ll bring you very close to the simple life. Than you will prepare and cook by yourself under the instructionof the chef from the beginning to the end and have linch with what you have cooked.
Afternoon: City tour includes Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda. Lake Of Restored Sword. In the evening enjoy a Vietnamese Water Puppet show.
Overnight at Hanoi hotel
This morning depart Hanoi for Ha Long Bay and drive pass some of the beautiful rural landscape before arriving to the World Heritage site of Ha Long Bay in the afternoon. After arriving Halong Bay, board the Hailong Junk Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and lunch of freshly caught seafood served on board. While having lunch, the boat Sails out to the bay, passing amazing shaped mountains. At 4.30 pm, arrives and visit Sung Sot cave. Then Sailing to Titop Beach and Mountain where we can land on the beach for swimming or stepping up (400 steps) to the top of the mountain for taking beautiful panorama pictures of Halong Bay and viewing the sunset.
Overnight stay on Hailong Boat.
Enjoy early morning view of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee with breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax and enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay before taking a small boat to visit Hang Luon. We have some time to swim before leaving back to the harbour. Check out and have early lunch before drive back to Hanoi. Visit Dong Trieu Pottery Factory on the way.
Enjoy dinner before boarding the flight to Hue. Upon arrival Hue, picked up and transferred to hotel.
Full-day Hue city tour to Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. After lunch take a Dragon boat ride along the romantic Perfume River and stopping at Thien Mu Pagoda to see the 7-storey octagonal tower and an old Austin car, which transported Thich Quang to Saigon in 1963 for his self-immolation and continue to visit King Khai Dinh Tomb.

Morning depart to Hoi An drive over the mighty Hai Van Pass for whole view of Pacific Ocean and famous Long Co fishing village, on the way to Hoi An you will stop over at the Marble Mountain. On arrival to Hoi An check into Hoi An Pacific Hotel 4*
Cooking Class begins from 8a.m by Welcome drink at Hai Cafe, than trasfer to Tra Que Organic Village. You’ll walk through the garden, where the local faemers work their fields using the traditional method. Than you’ll go shopping in local market. Working together with Red Bridge Chef you’ll learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese foods. You’ll have your lunch with what you have cooked.
After cooking class you’ll have 30minutes leisurely cruise along the Hoian river to the center of the town. Take a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Phuc Kien Temple, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year old Tam Ky ancestral house, the Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful local markets.
Overnight at Hoi An Hotel
Today drive to My Son Cham ruined tower. My Son is one of the most stunning sights in Hoi An area, and a UNESCO World Heritage recognized Site. During the century when Tra Kieu (known as Simhapura) served as the political capital of Champa, My Son was the site of the most important Cham intellectual and religious centre, and also may served as a burial place for Cham monarchs. My Son is considered to be Cham's counterpart to the grand cities of South-East Asia's other Indian influenced civilizations.

Morning free leisure time. Afternoon transfer to Danang airport for flight dynamic Ho Chi Minh City still called Saigon by many locals people.
Upon your arrival you be met and transfer to the hotel for check in. The rest of that after enjoy your free time. Evening enjoy dinner on Indochine flooting restaurant.
Today we travel by road to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh Province, the unique colourful world religion. Experience the colourful noon ceremony of Cao Dai followers. After lunch in Tay Ninh, drive to Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground system, was shelter to over 16,000 locals and communist guerrillas during the Vietnam War. Overnight at hotel.
Morning you will drive to Vietnam’s most fertile region, the Mekong Delta. From Vinh Long, travel by Sampan along narrow canals to tropical fruit orchards and bonsai gardens; sample freshly-picked fruits and the local delicacy, fried elephant ear fish; and navigate though the waterborne bustle of the area’s famed floating markets. Enjoy lunch with fresh food in the heart of fruit garden. Visit an old colonial house, a rice corn factory. Overnight at Cantho hotel
At 09:30 you’ll set off to local market for shopping fresh food. Than you go back to hotel and welcome to the main kitchen and proced to the cooking Vietnamese traditional styles. You’ll enjoy the self-prepared lunch.
Transferred back to Saigon. Check in Kimdo 4* hotel.
Transfer to Vung Tau. The visit to Vung Tau will include Front & Back Beach, White Villa.

You have a leisure time on the beach. Afternoon transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city for a short city tour, includes: the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, a lacquer ware factory and Thien Hau Pagoda in the city's bustling Chinatown. Afternoon enjoy your shopping at the Ben Thanh market.

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for flying to “Home sweet Home”
