1 DAY DMZ TOUR
Pick-up in Hue or Dong Ha, head North on Highway One toward Dong Ha, stop at sites along the way, such as Highway of Horror, Quang Tri Citadel, the Ai Tu Airfield. Continue to Dong Ha, the former headquaters of the elements of the U.S Marines, head west on Route 9. The first stop is the Rockpile, a look-out of the U.S Marine Corps. Continue to Khe Sanh village, visit Khe Sanh Combat Base. Lunch in Dong Ha. After lunch, head north to visit the Hien Luong Bridge over the Ben Hai river at the middle of the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), the river that was the only true physical demarcation between North and South Vietnam. Continue to Vinh Moc tunnels, the refuge of some 400 North Vietnamese inhabitants during the bombing operation “Rolling Thunder”. Back to Hue. End of the trip.

02 DAY DMZ TOUR
DAY 01: HUE - KHE SANH
Pick-up in Hue, heading North on Highway One toward Dong Ha, stopping at sites along the way, such as Quang Tri City and the Ai Tu Airfield. Continue to Dong Ha, the former headquaters of the elememts of the U.S Marines, heading west on Route 9. The first stop is Camp Carroll, the Marine artillery plateau. Stopping briefly at the Rockpile for photos. Continue to Khe Sanh village, arriving at Khe Sanh Combat Base and visiting the museum and wander around the old base. After lunch break at Khe Sanh village. Keep heading toward the Laotian border to the Lang Vei Special Forces Camp, overrun in the first ever NVA tank assault. Co Roc Mountain soars to the heavens just across the border. Overnight at Lao Bao boder.
DAY 02: KHE SANH - HUE
Driving back to Dong Ha. Visiting Truong Son National cemetery, Explore Leatherneck Square, including Con Thien (the Hill of Angels), Gio Linh FSB (Alpha 2), and the Bridge at Dong Ha. After luch in Dong Ha, heading North to visit the Peace Bridge over the Ben Hai river at the middle of the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), the river that was the only true physical demarcation between North and South Vietnam. Continue to Vinh Moc tunnels, the refuge of some 400 North Vietnamese inhabitants during the bombing operation “Rolling Thunder”. Back to Hue. End of the trip.

03 DAY DMZ TOUR
DAY 01: HUE - DONG HA

Continue to Vinh Moc tunnels, the refuge of some 400 norh Vietnamese inhabitants during the bombing operation “ Rolling Thunder “. R&R at Cua Tung beach, once crowned “ the Queen of beaches”. Overnight in Dong Ha.
DAY 02: DONG HA - KHE SANH
After breakfast, head west on Route 9. The first stop is Camp Carroll, the Marine artillery plateau. Have a brief stop at the Rockpile, an old Marine Corp look-out. Continue to Khe Sanh village, arrive at Khe Sanh Combat Base and visit the old combat base. After lunch break at Khe Sanh village. Keep heading toward the Laotian border to the Lang Vei Special Forces Camp, overrun in the first ever NVA tank assault. Visit Lao Bao international border gate and do shopping at the bustling duty free market of Lao Bao. Overnight at Lao Bao border.
Day 03: KHE SANH - HUE
After breakfast, crossi the DaKrong Bridge, drivie south through the amazing scenery of the Da Krong Valley and the A Shau Valley, pointing out significant sites along the way and stopping for lunch in A Luoi. Visit the infamous Hamburger Hill (Hill 937). Arrive in Hue in the evening. End of the trip.
